It is found throughout the country.

It grows in damp grassy places such as wet meadows, field
margins and muddy areas flooded in winter.
Clustered Dock is a native. short-lived, perennial herb,
growing up to 1m.
Flower whorls are well separated and flower stems are
branched and leafed for two thirds of their lengths.
Fruits are ovate to oblong and have oblong warts.
Fruits are entire (without teeth).
Leaves are oblong and sometimes slightly waisted.
Stems are wavy and branched.
