It is found round most of the coast, but is absent from
parts of the eastern side of the country.

It grows on dunes, sandy shores and some shingles.
Sea Spurge is a native, blue-grey, fleshy-leaved,
perennial herb, growing up to 60cm.
Flower heads are on fertile stems (non-fertile stems have
only leaves).
Flower lobes have short horns and bracts are leafy.
The seed capsules are tri-partite and rough.
The leaves are alternate, thick and fleshy, densely packed
on the stems and up to 2cm.
