It is in decline because of changes to weed irradication.

Flowers are up to 45mm, mainly yellow and 2-lipped.
The lower lip has a central blue lobe and 2 prominent
conical projections.
Sepals have no dark purple parts.
Hairs are yellowish.
Leaves are ovate/lanceolate.
